Buying your print from Printwize is easy - we have a complete support service from initial
idea to finished product.

Because we print everything in house, on our state-of-the-art colour presses, you can rely
on the best range of services and highest quality available.

The closed loop litho press system is scanner controlled and calibrated to ISO 12647-2
international quality standards. This maintains colour weight and balance from your checked files through direct to plate, proofing and litho press output.

Lithographic Printing

The traditional method of printing using vegetable-based inks and metal plates, although little changed for many years, is still the predominant system used throughout the world. At Printwize we have the widest range of equipment to give an unbeatable service on our 5 colour B2 and 6 colour B1 presses with extended in line coaters. Our on going investment programme, together with phased renewal, ensures that our plant and equipment is up to date. To ensure that our equipment is in the most reliable condition and able to produce work of the highest quality, we operate a fully documented maintenance programme, within the framework of our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.

Colour Logic / Metal FX – USP

An example of innovation is the new concept “Colour Logic / Metal FX”. This utilises metallic inks which can be software integrated with conventional litho inks to produce a stunning variety of colours and can, therefore, give creative’s the chance to explore new dimensions and turn an ordinary print project into something quite different and eye-catching.
