Printwize experienced sales team operate throughout the country. They are always on hand to visit, help and advise clients, ensuring that their requirements are met and exceeded. The sales team is backed up internally by our production, quality control and estimating departments, enabling us to provide accurate, same day estimates. We can also advise on costings for budgetary control purposes or to ensure that your early concepts can be implemented at realistic costs and without jeopardising timescales.
Essential to a good working relationship are the means to communicate effectively. Printwize achieves this through email, PDFs and ISDN. Each assignment becomes the responsibility of a named production specialist who provides regular progress reports with advanced indication of any potential difficulties; working with our clients to meet the requisite specifications and delivery dates.
Printwize operates on a three shift basis with production in progress 24 hours a day within our fully equipped 17,000 sq.ft. freehold premises. Our customers can contact us at any hour and visitors are most welcome.
We are fully aware of our corporate responsibilities to protect the natural environment. Our policy is to use low chlorine, biodegradable materials from forests managed for environmental sustainability. All waste paper is recycled. Chemicals used meet the requisite environmental standards and after use collected for safe disposal.
